Social Dumping

This document published by the European Union helps better understanding a practise that has been growing with the Continent called “Social Dumping”. Probably the best definition of the phenomenon is the following: “the practice, undertaken by self-interested market participants, of undermining or evading existing social regulations with the aim of gaining competitive advantage”.
Let’s all make sure we all choose the right actors and partners when outsourcing, selling or buying services from or to another State of the EU.
